Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing structural steel projects from award through completion. Help manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules. Support communication between the office, field crews, vendors, and subcontractors. Track project progress, costs, and resource allocation against budgets and timelines. Aid in quality control and safety compliance efforts on project sites. Attend project meetings and assist in preparing regular status reports. Who You Are 1+ years of experience in a construction project coordination, field, or engineering role (internship experience considered). Experience in steel fabrication or structural construction is a significant plus. Basic ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
