Senior Highways Project Manager

Senior Highways Project ManagerHDR is looking for a Senior Highways Project Manager to join our North Carolina Transportation Business Group team. In the role of Senior Highways Project Manager, we'll count on you to:Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out)Responsible for all aspects of multidiscipline projects of all sizes and degrees of technical complexityManage and coordinate several projects concurrentlyEstablish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and scheduleWork with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresSupervise project staff and act as mentor for less-experienced Project ManagersPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:Master's degreePMP certificationLocal candidates are preferredRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering10 years related experienceA minimum 5 years project management experienceRequires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered.
