Base Salary: $125,000-$140,000 during the first 6-month onboarding period, increasing to $140,000-$150,000 upon successful completion Status: Full-Time - Eastern Time Business Hours Reports To: VP of Operations About Wingspan Performance Wingspan Performance partners with leaders and organizations to strengthen communication, improve behavioral performance, and solve the people challenges that often sit underneath costly business problems. Our work goes beyond traditional executive coaching. We help leaders recognize patterns, shift behaviors, and create meaningful change that improves both individual effectiveness and business outcomes. We work across industries, organizational levels, and geographies throughout the United States and internationally. Why This Role Matters The Leadership Advisor sits at the center of our client experience. You'll partner directly with leaders and teams to identify communication, behavioral, and mindset challenges that limit performance. Through coaching, facilitation, advising, and leadership development program design, you'll help clients create change that strengthens relationships, teams, and business results. This role requires intellectual curiosity, emotional agility, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with honesty, care, and precision. What You'll Do Leadership Advising & Executive Coaching Advise leaders and teams on communication, mindset, behavior, and interpersonal effectiveness. Help clients recognize patterns and assumptions that impact performance. Facilitate honest and productive conversations around complex topics. Provide actionable next steps aligned with the Wingspan Performance methodology. Leadership Development & Program Design Identify organizational and individual development needs. Design customized programs aligned with client goals, budgets, and timelines. Business Development & Thought Leadership Support growth through relationship development and new opportunities. Develop content that strengthens market visibility. Client Delivery & Travel Participate in onboarding and immersion in the Wingspan Performance System during the first six months. Travel to client locations as needed (typically 8-10 nights per month). What You Bring 20+ years of professional experience providing credibility with senior leaders. Leadership experience in manufacturing or advanced technology organizations strongly preferred. Ability to ask difficult questions and remain present during challenging conversations. Comfort challenging assumptions and surfacing blind spots. Strong pattern recognition connecting behavior, communication, and business outcomes. Flexibility to travel and spend significant time in Charlotte during onboarding. What Success Looks Like Within 6-12 months, you'll: Build credibility with leaders across industries. Facilitate difficult conversations with confidence and empathy. Design and deliver programs that create measurable impact.
