Support estimating and project teams with accurate product costing. Monitor production variances, labor costs, material usage, and overhead allocations. Participate in month‑end close activities related to inventory and cost of goods sold. Support inventory control, reconciliations, and physical count processes. Identify and implement improvements in costing and inventory reporting processes Qualifications For The Manufacturing Cost Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management, job costing, and BOM structures.
