Operations Supervisor

About the Company Viking Coca-Cola is a privately held company owned by the Faber Family. The company is family‑run and includes all team members, from delivery drivers and sales personnel to executive management and partners. Role Overview As an Operations Supervisor in Willmar, MN, you will lead a team of drivers and warehouse staff, manage operating expenses, maintain facility standards, and ensure smooth and efficient processes daily. Key Responsibilities Oversee inventory management and optimize delivery schedules. Provide guidance and direction to drivers in various departments. Maintain consistent operating procedures to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure safety and quality are upheld across all operations. Required Qualifications Experience with warehouse management software. Familiarity with tractor/trailer operations. Valid Class D driver’s license; Class A license highly preferred. Ability to obtain a health card after a Motor Vehicle Check in line with the Vehicle Safety Policy. Successful completion of a pre‑employment physical and drug screen. Preferred Experience Experience in beverage vending (not mandatory). Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $65,000 – $75,000 per year.
