Broad St. Columbus, OH 43223 and is covered by OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit. What you’ll do Provide medication education and empowerment to individuals. Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior, condition, and response to medication. Monitor patient health including vital signs, treatment plan progress, and activity participation. Serve as a multi-disciplinary team member to create a safe and positive environment through safety and observation rounds and group facilitation. This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit, with a pay range of 10 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. This position is located at COBH, 2200 W. Broad St. Columbus, OH 43223. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing per 4723 Ohio Revised Code and proof of completion of an approved course in medication administration. Note: Licensed Practical Nurses who administer dialysis must possess Certification in IV Therapy per 4723.17 Ohio Revised Code.
