Job Title: Lead Regulation Compliance Investigations and Outreach
Location: Waterbury, VT
Duration: 11 months
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex regulatory requirements to the general public by email, phone, or letter.
• Comfortable working with technology and quickly learning electronic systems and moving between them with ease.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging public interactions and guide individuals toward compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ability to work independently while recognizing when matters need to be brought to a supervisor or additional team members.
