Program Management Specialist

This full‑time Program Management Specialist (NH‑0301‑03) position is open exclusively to current 448 Supply Chain Management federal employees. Applicants must submit a most recent SF‑50 to verify eligibility. Applications lacking the required SF‑50 and supporting documents will not be considered. Location Locations: Hill AFB (Layton, Utah), Robins AFB (Warner Robins, Georgia), Tinker AFB (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma). Position Summary In this position you will serve as the center‑level OPR for Material Support Programs assigned to the 448th Supply Chain Management Wing. The role supports all Supply Chain Managers and related functions. Responsibilities Core responsibilities include: Provide oversight for Material Support Programs. Collaborate with Supply Chain Managers on program effectiveness. Apply analytical and evaluative techniques to identify, analyze and resolve issues concerning program efficiency and effectiveness. Interpret and enforce DOD, USAF, AFMC and AFSC regulations and policies. Lead and manage team activities to resolve complex organizational problems. Communicate effectively in writing and orally with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements U.S. Citizenship. Obtain and maintain a security clearance. Ability to travel on military and commercial aircraft for temporary duty. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Extensive knowledge of analytical and evaluative techniques for program efficiency. Mastery of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Knowledge of organizational concepts and performance‑based logistics, acquisition, supply maintenance, procurement, manufacturing, and strategic sourcing. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Leadership and team management skills to resolve organizational issues. Understanding and application of lean concepts. Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations and policies. Benefits Salary Range: $89,508 – $138,370 per year. Full‑time position with standard federal benefits.
