AllStar Therapies is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders Help residents improve their ability to perform activities of daily living Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team, residents, and families Participate in interdisciplinary care planning Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team CPR certification preferred Why Join AllStar Therapies?
