Revenue Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Revenue Analyst to join our Revenue Management team. This role is designed for candidates with foundational analytical skills who are ready to develop their expertise in revenue management. Whether you're beginning your career or have experience in a related analytical role, we'd love to hear from you. Working alongside experienced team members, you will help support pricing and fleet availability decisions across multiple markets and vehicle classes. You will analyze data, prepare reports, monitor market trends, and contribute to pricing strategies that help optimize business performance. This is an on-site position located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Remote work is not available. Candidates must be able to work on-site and relocate to the Salt Lake City area at their own expense if not currently local. Monitor vehicle availability and identify inventory concerns. Analyze pricing, fleet, and market data using Microsoft Excel. Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate business trends and performance. Monitor competitor pricing, market conditions, and demand patterns to support pricing decisions. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with team members on revenue management initiatives. Assist with additional analytical projects as assigned. Schedule This position is primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required during peak business periods or when business needs require pricing updates outside of regular business hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn. Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools. Exposure to pricing, revenue management, forecasting, or business analytics. Experience in the car rental, travel, hospitality, or transportation industries. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may also be considered. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, sorting, and formatting. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
