Het team Het team van Smulderstextiel.nl bestaat uit ongeveer 120 gedreven medewerkers, verdeeld over verschillende afdelingen met ieder hun eigen expertise. De E-mailmarketeer maakt onderdeel uit van de afdeling Performance Marketing. Deze afdeling bestaat momenteel uit 5 medewerkers en werkt nauw samen met andere teams zoals Data, Verkoop en Klantenservice. Wat ga je doen? Als E-mailmarketeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van e-mailcampagnes en geautomatiseerde flows. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten op het juiste moment relevante en persoonlijke communicatie ontvangen via e-mail en andere CRM-kanalen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen marketing om campagnes af te stemmen op klantbehoeften en commerciële doelstellingen. Daarbij analyseer je klantdata en gedrag om doelgroepen effectief te segmenteren en e-mailcommunicatie continu te verbeteren. Daarnaast beheer en optimaliseer je klantreizen, automatische flows en nieuwsbrieven, met als doel de betrokkenheid, loyaliteit en conversie te verhogen. Je bent proactief in het signaleren van kansen om campagnes slimmer, persoonlijker en effectiever in te richten. Met behulp van data en tools zoals CDP’s en e-mailsoftware werk je continu aan het verbeteren van de klantbeleving. Samen met de afdeling Data vertaal je inzichten naar concrete optimalisaties om een sterke en consistente 360 klantreis te realiseren. Je hebt minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau; uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, in woord en geschrift; 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; ervaring met e-mailmarketing, marketing automation en doelgroepsegmentatie; een analytische mindset; goede communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden; ervaring met Mailchimp, Spotler of vergelijkbare e-mailsoftware is een pré; ervaring met PowerBI is een pré; kennis van HTML is een pré.
