Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work extremely well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple daily tasks. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team. Responsibilities: Headhunting, chasing referrals, utilizing internal databases, and networking. Evaluating a number of applications and resumes. Proactively connecting with different applicants. Finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates. Negotiating pay and salary rates between interviewees. Enter, distribute, and regularly update candidates on the system. Maintaining and organizing the internal databases. Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
