• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

• Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases; log and track defects.

• Support UAT and coordinate with business partners.

• Validate delivered solutions against requirements and quality standards.

• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Assist with system demos, training materials, and production validation.

• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Azure DevOps/JIRA expertise: 3+ years (epics, features, user stories, lifecycle management)

• Business Analyst experience: 3+ years

• Quality Assurance Analyst experience: 3+ years

• Process analysis & documentation: 3+ years (as is/to be, content creation)

• Product roadmap creation: 3+ years

• Agile/project management methodologies: 3+ years

• BA/QA tools proficiency: 3+ years (FIGMA, Visio)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
