The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and part knowledge, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, supply vendors, and external suppliers. Primary Responsibilities Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls. Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet its sales targets. Deliver DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, and more. Maintain store product and operational standards. Responsible for inventory processes including truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, and back‑stock management. Secondary Responsibilities Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot). General stocking including truck stocking and back‑stock.
