Project Manager - Charleston, SC

We're seeking a Project Manager to join a leading hospitality renovation contractor, supporting a flagship $30M historic hotel renovation in Charleston, SC. This long-term project (3-5 years) offers stability, visibility, and the opportunity to work on complex, high-end hospitality spaces.
Client Details A hospitality-focused general contractor headquartered in Columbia, MD, with projects nationwide. The business specializes in hotel and resort renovations ranging from $3M to $50M. Recently acquired by a $2B national construction firm, they combine the backing and resources of a large organization with a close-knit, team-oriented culture. Now employee-owned, they offer strong long-term growth potential and internal promotion opportunities. Description- Manage a $30M historic hotel renovation in Charleston, SC
- Oversee project execution across guest rooms, public spaces, and amenity areas
- Lead project teams including APMs while reporting to a Senior PM
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication
- Support additional project opportunities in a strong local pipeline
- 5-8 years' experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Strong background in high-end hotel renovations (preferred)
- Multifamily renovation experience considered if mixed-use (amenities/restaurants)
- Proven experience managing complex renovation projects (no corporate interiors/new build onl
