Position Overview We are currently seeking a part time Concierge/Valet to join our ever‑growing team at Hemingway Plaza in Kansas City, MO. This is an exciting opportunity! Are you a naturally friendly, helpful, and professional team‑oriented person who is also reliably independent? The Hemingway Plaza is a luxury condominium located just south of the historic Country Club Plaza, providing 24‑hour service to our residents. Our small team of staff performs a mixture of tasks, including walkthroughs, door greetings, and the shuttling of registered vehicles. Responsibilities Parking and retrieving of registered resident vehicles from a nearby garage, typically steady without rush. Unloading groceries and luggage. Signing in contractors and deliveries. Picking up and emptying trash. Clearing or preparing for snow and ice. Responding to possible emergencies that are natural to any home. Qualifications Responsible drivers with a clean driving record for at least 5 years. Minimum age 21 years of age (for insurance).
