Role Responsibilities Meet homeowners for scheduled seller appointments Build rapport, evaluate properties, and negotiate purchase price Act as our local on-the-ground representative Communicate updates and deal details to our acquisitions team Compensation Paid per appointment attended Commission on closed deals No cap on earnings Ideal Candidate Real estate agent or experienced investor preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Comfortable meeting sellers and driving to appointments Knowledge of California markets is a plus If interested, please message me directly with a short background and your market area.
