Technical Analyst

Salary: $80,000 - 95,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience with SQL databases, query management, and database design principles.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Hands-on experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Programming skills in Python, R, VBA, and Bash, particularly for data analytics.
• Familiarity with business intelligence concepts, dashboard development, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques for integrating linked data from diverse sources.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets in Excel and derive business insights.
• Experience in Agile project environments, including requirements analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Associate degree required.
• Must be within commuting distance of Fremont, Michigan, and available to work onsite daily.

• Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and translate them into technical solutions aligned with the SDLC.
• Design and optimize SQL databases, queries, and data models for efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Analyze data using Excel, R, Python, and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting strategic initiatives.
• Manage ETL processes using tools such as Talend or custom Python or Bash scripts to move data across systems.
• Review database designs and apply database management best practices on platforms such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Coordinate tasks within Agile teams to support project delivery and provide analytics solutions on schedule.
