We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team in Rolling Meadows, IL . This on‑site position offers a 9/80 schedule. Responsibilities Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts with management support Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard non disclosure agreements Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications with management support Coordinate with functional teams and management to lead internal proposal approval process Advise program teams of contractual rights and obligations, including interpretation of contract terms and conditions Maintain and update contract documents and official program records, including contractual documents and correspondence Monitor contract requirements and associated program funding and deliverables to ensure that contractual obligations are communicated, understood, and followed Ensure compliance with company procedures and government regulations Administer, negotiate, and perform closeout of contract Maintain an open and healthy relationship with internal and external customers Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in Government/International Contracts Management/Administration; or a Master’s degree plus 1 year of experience in Government/International Contracts Management/Administration. Advanced skills using MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint). The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with proposal development and negotiation. Experience with FAR and DFARS or other contracting laws/regulations. Experience with various contract types such as Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, etc. Experience in the defense industry. Experience working with internal and external customers, including customer service. Advanced understanding of Government contracting requirements. A current/active US Government Secret clearance. Benefits Primary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 – $108,600.00. Salary is determined based on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply.
