Seasonal Tax Preparer

The Bonadio Group is currently seeking experienced Seasonal Tax Preparers to support our Small Business Advisory Service Line in our Buffalo office between January 2027 and April 2027.ResponsibilitiesPrepare concise individual income tax returnsWork on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current tax trendsAdhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentialityHandle and manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects and engagements on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfactionDeliver quality client service (internal staff/external clients) and value while establishing and maintaining strong client relationshipsQualificationsRequired:At least three years experience in client tax preparationProficiency in ProSystem FX tax softwareThe salary for this role is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.Hours of Operation:Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on FridayWe pride ourselves on our flexibility; however the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak timesAt The Bonadio Group, we believe that an inclusive work environment allows all of our people to achieve their greatest potential and the greatest results for our clients and communities.
