Alfa Insurance - Hunt Agency in Pell City, AL is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
• Consult with customers to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Quote, bind, and process new insurance policies across auto, home, life, and other product lines
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business through proactive customer follow-up
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, policy changes, and service requests
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
• Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals

Requirements:

• Active Alabama Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or a customer-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
