NYA SZN is a next‑generation women’s fashion brand under SHEIN built to deliver elevated, fashion‑forward product with a distinct point of view. As the brand enters an accelerated growth phase, we are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to play a critical role in shaping the next chapter of NYA SZN. This individual will bring strong creative instincts, commercial awareness, and executional excellence to help elevate the assortment across ready‑to‑wear categories, while adding valuable expertise in denim‑driven product development and category expansion. We are looking for a designer who can build original product, identify growth opportunities, and translate trends into compelling assortments that drive results. This is a high‑impact role for someone excited to build, influence, and help scale a growing brand. Job Responsibilities Design Leadership & Product Creation Lead monthly design capsules with 60+ original, elevated styles across key categories including dresses, sets, outerwear, separates, tops, bottoms, and seasonal statement product Bring strong denim design expertise across bottoms, jackets, skirts, dresses, and trend‑right silhouettes Interpret trend direction, market insights, runway influence, and cultural moments into compelling design concepts Identify hero item opportunities and white space categories that support sales growth Deliver fashion‑forward product with a strong balance of creativity and commerciality Brand Direction & Creative Vision Build monthly concept boards that establish direction through color, silhouette, styling, fabrication, and key trends Help evolve and refine signature NYA SZN brand codes season over season Ensure product feels cohesive, elevated, and differentiated in the market Denim & Category Development Apply expertise in denim fits, washes, hardware, trims, and commercial trend direction Develop trend‑right denim silhouettes Partner with overseas teams on construction, fit comments, and wash execution Identify opportunities to strengthen denim and adjacent categories within the assortment Development & Technical Execution Create detailed tech packs with clear construction and fit intent Manage styles through development from concept to sample approval Review fit samples and provide precise, actionable comments to overseas teams Partner closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure speed and accuracy Cross Functional Partnership Collaborate with Styling, Creative, Merchandising, and Brand teams to ensure cohesive monthly drops Participate in assortment reviews, product edits, and launch readiness meetings Support photoshoot styling direction as needed to ensure strongest product storytelling Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred, or equivalent experience 5+ years of fashion design experience in fast‑paced women’s apparel environments Strong denim design background strongly preferred Experience in contemporary, trend‑driven, premium, or aspirational brands preferred Proven ability to design high‑volume assortments without sacrificing taste level Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrication, wash development, and costing realities Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills required Excellent communication skills with experience partnering with overseas teams Highly organized, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑growth environment Entrepreneurial mindset with excitement to help build a growing brand Nice to have Strong in denim and fashion categories Fashion‑forward with high taste level Commercially minded and customer aware Fast, decisive, and resourceful Excited by ownership and growth opportunity Comfortable building in an evolving environment Benefits And Perks Bonus eligible Healthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs) Health Savings Account with Employer Funding Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare and Dependent care) Company‑Paid Basic Life/AD&D insurance Company‑Paid Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability Voluntary Benefit Offerings (Voluntary Life/AD&D, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, and Accident) Employee Assistance Program Business Travel Accident Insurance 401(k) Savings Plan with discretionary company match and access to a financial advisor Vacation, paid holidays, floating holiday and sick days Employee discounts Free weekly catered lunch Dog‑friendly office (available at select locations) Free gym access (available at select locations) Free swag giveaways Annual Holiday Party Invitations to pop‑ups and other company events Complimentary daily office snacks and beverages Pay Range: $85,000 USD - $100,000 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr SHEIN Distribution Corporation
