Position Overview This position offers a clear pathway for advancement. Team members may begin in a production role and receive comprehensive, hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the required quality of our product.
- Remove large pieces of plastic.
- Remove stainless steel.
- Remove any non-conforming material.
- Keeps picking areas clean and orderly.
- Assists with cleanup duties at the end of production.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identifies different metals and sorts the various grades according to specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE.
- Along with other duties, as assigned.
