Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding role making a difference in the lives of students across the north Denver area! We’re seeking five experienced Occupational Therapists—four full-time and one part-time (0.8 FTE)—for a dynamic contract position supporting students from preschool through high school age. This on-site opportunity allows you to collaborate closely with staff and directly impact student growth in multiple school settings.

You'll begin with a comprehensive Summer Symposium New Hire Orientation from July 27th–31st, followed by the standard school year beginning August 3rd, 2026 and running through May 21st, 2027. Daily work sites and caseloads will be assigned across five schools, ensuring a diverse and engaging professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based occupational therapy services, supporting students’ academic participation and independent functioning
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans for a range of needs and age groups
• Collaborate with educators, family members, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and adherence to IEP goals
• Travel between assigned campuses as needed throughout the week

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license
• Valid DORA (Division of Professions and Occupations) certification
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment
