Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a government location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas, assisting with access control procedures, visitor screening practices, and/or directions while maintaining a professional presence. Support site personnel and public-facing operations by communicating clearly with staff, first responders, and/or supervisors regarding incidents, hazards, or security-related issues. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
