Telemarketer for State Farm Independent Contractor Agent

What You'll Do:
- Engage with potential new customers. Use a needs-based outbound calling approach to offer potential new customers the opportunity to join our award-winning agency
- Drive results. Develop leads, schedule appointments, and assist our Account Managers to match customers with the perfect products tailored to their needs.
- Be a team player. Collaborate with our dedicated team to achieve exciting marketing goals and contribute to our success every day!
Requirements:
- A proactive problem solver ready to tackle challenges
- Flexibility to adapt to changing scripts, goals, and customer responses
- Quick thinking and resourcefulness to address customer inquiries
- Ability to handle objections and find suitable solutions
- Ability to persuade and influence potential customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and engage customers
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately

About Our Agency
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Westmont.
- Our office is open 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday (Evenings and Weekend by Appointment only).
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2018.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
