Job Title: Electrical Assembler --- IMMEDIATE HIRING

The Electrical Assembler is responsible for wiring and assembling control panels and electrical cabinets using electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder diagrams. This role involves organizing materials, performing electrical assembly tasks, and ensuring completed panels meet quality and company standards in a climate-controlled shop environment.

• Wire and assemble control panels according to specifications and company standards.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder diagrams.
• Gather and organize wiring, components, and materials for assembly projects.
• Route, label, and terminate wiring accurately.
• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of electrical cabinets.
• Use hand tools safely and effectively during assembly and wiring tasks.
• Inspect completed panels to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow established assembly procedures and work instructions.
• Work with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Experience or training in electrical assembly, control panel wiring, or a related field.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder diagrams.
• Knowledge of basic electrical wiring practices and electrical theory.
• Proficiency using hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes.
• Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM .

• Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology or related field.
• Previous control panel wiring experience.
• Technical school or trade school training.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant electrical education are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in electrical assembly, automation, or control technology is a plus.

• Climate-controlled production shop.
• Monday–Friday schedule, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM .
• Work with electrical control panels, cabinets, wiring, and hand tools.
• Structured manufacturing environment focused on safety and quality.
• Casual dress code (jeans and dark blue shirt).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
