ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 1994 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in commercial banking, bringing a strong financial background into the insurance industry. After more than 30 years as an agent, I’m proud of the experience, relationships, and team we’ve built along the way.

Our agency is actively involved in the local community and proudly sponsors a variety of events and organizations throughout the area. Staying connected to the people we serve has always been an important part of our business.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Manager for Bert Kozlowski - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
