Meeting Connections Manager

Meeting Connections Manager – entry level sales role with a performance quota. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, selling groups of 10-150 rooms on peak nights and ensuring their needs and expectations are met from initial inquiry through to contract conclusion. Responsibilities Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing personalized service to enhance their experience. Handle special accounts or a specific role and carry a revenue quota. Develop new leads and research new business potential within an assigned market. Make direct calls to potential clients and manage internet-based lead websites. Book short-term meetings for the hotel in a fast-paced environment. The range for this position is $31.78 to $38.89 per hour ($66,100 to $80,900). Pay decisions are based on experience and education. Qualifications 1-2 years previous hotel experience. 1 year hotel sales experience. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Prefer completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training program or equivalent training.
