Your job would involve working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs and specifications.Some of the specific duties of an HVAC Project Manager may include:Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and schedulesCoordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budgetConducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of workPreparing project status reports and communicating progress to stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with local building codes and regulationsSupervising project team members and providing guidance and support as neededIdentifying and addressing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategiesConducting project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the clientOverall, as a HVAC Project Manager, you would be responsible for ensuring that HVAC projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000 + Excellent Benefits
