Controllership Manager

As a Controllership Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial statements. By combining the deep domain expertise of our more than 50,000 employees with decades of data from our global installed base, we are uniquely positioned to lead the industrial sector’s transition from automation to autonomy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.Develop, implement, and monitor internal control processes to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, financial reporting, and continuous improvement of financial processes.YOU MUST HAVEExperience in financial controllership, including financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance management.Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulatory requirements.Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.Demonstrated ability to lead audit processes and implement effective control frameworks.WE VALUEBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.5+ years of experience in controllership or financial management roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Experience working in a corporate finance environment, preferably within a large multinational corporation.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.ABOUT HONEYWELL TECHNOLOGIESHoneywell Technologies is a global, pure-play automation company with a legacy of innovating to help solve the world’s most mission-critical challenges, enhancing the quality of life for people and communities around the world.
