Civil Engineer (Entry Level)

Entry-Level Civil Engineer
Are you passionate about shaping the future of transportation? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented entry-level civil engineer to join our talented engineering team. This is your chance to dive into a wide variety of highway planning and transportation engineering projects that make a real impact on communities.
From day one, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where your foundational knowledge will be put to work—and expanded—as you contribute to meaningful infrastructure solutions. During the construction season, you may also have the exciting opportunity to step into the field with our construction services team, gaining hands-on experience in construction observation, inspection, and administration on WisDOT roadway and bridge projects.

Requirements
- BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Passing of FE exam is preferred
- Previous experience in transportation engineering (professional or internship)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in AutoCAD/Civil 3D is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Valid driver's license
