This role sits at the intersection of engineering, digital marketing, and product strategy, responsible for building and optimizing a high-performance B2B website that directly drives pipeline and revenue. You will own end-to-end web development for a reimagined digital experience designed for both human users and AI agents in an evolving search landscape. Acting as a senior individual contributor, you will shape architecture, performance standards, and conversion strategy while collaborating closely with marketing, design, and demand generation teams. This is a highly visible position with direct impact on brand perception, lead generation, and business growth. You will also embed AI-driven development practices into everyday workflows to accelerate experimentation and delivery. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead the technical vision and execution of a modern marketing website while ensuring performance, scalability, and conversion optimization across all digital touchpoints.

• Own the architecture, development, and ongoing optimization of the website, ensuring high availability, speed, and scalability
• Build and maintain front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React and Next.js
• Develop AI-ready web experiences with structured data, schema markup, and personalization capabilities designed for both users and AI agents
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and SEO/AEO performance to improve discoverability and engagement
• Own analytics implementation and governance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Drive conversion optimization through experimentation, landing page development, and collaboration with demand generation teams
• Partner with marketing ops and design teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM, automation, and tracking systems
• Continuously improve site performance, QA processes, testing automation, and deployment reliability

Requirements

This role requires a seasoned web engineering leader with strong technical depth, marketing awareness, and a performance-driven mindset.

• 10–12+ years of experience in web development, digital product engineering, or marketing web platforms
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and exposure to Webflow
• Proven success improving Core Web Vitals, SEO performance, and conversion rates in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience with analytics, tracking, and attribution using GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or VWO
• Strong understanding of marketing ecosystems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) in production environments
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to translate data into business impact
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
