Schedule: M-F 8-5 on call as needed, adjust for meetings

What We Have For You:
As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable, including task accountability, training and cross-training, time-off approvals, performance reviews, and process implementation.
- Oversee the Residential Mentor program and support onboarding and training for new residential and commercial agents.
- Maintain and update all sales documentation, guides, and operational resources.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales-specific software tools, including setup, training, and ongoing support.
- Track and report monthly sales activity and performance metrics to Sales Leadership.
- Partner with the Marketing team to ensure sales marketing initiatives are executed, tracked, and followed consistently.
- Lead You-niversity trainings and monthly sales meetings.
- Represent the company within the real estate industry and stay informed on market and regulatory changes.
- Actively participate in company events and culture initiatives.

- Active real estate broker license in all states where the company operates.
