Magnum Piering in Cincinnati, OH is seeking to hire a full-time Field Services Manager who will play an essential role in our success.

What you'll do- Train customer crews on helical pile installation best practices
- Travel to job sites to provide real-time field support and troubleshooting
- Conduct installation quality observations and coach crews on improvements
- Work effectively with foremen, superintendents, and project managers
- Document field activities and share lessons learned with the Magnum team
- Construction field experience or strong working knowledge of construction equipment and job site operations
- Strong communication skills and a coaching mindset
- Project coordination skills and professional follow-through
- Willingness to travel frequently (company-paid travel expenses)
- Deep foundations/helical pile experience is a strong plus
- Salary negotiable based on experience
