Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) OpportunityEthos Health Group is seeking a part-time/1-day a week compassionate, highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a passion for neurological care and patient-centered medicine for our Pensacola location. This unique role combines advanced clinical practice with specialized neurodiagnostic testing to provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment recommendations for patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI), musculoskeletal injuries, and neurological conditions. This provider works collaboratively with physicians, neurologist, chiropractors, therapists, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.Location: Pensacola, FLSchedule: Part-time | 1-day a week, 8:00am - 5:00pmClinical Patient CareConduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.Perform neurological, orthopedic, musculoskeletal, vestibular, and cognitive assessments.Evaluate patients for ligament laxity, joint instability, neurological deficits, vestibular dysfunction, and cognitive impairment.Review diagnostic findings and develop individualized treatment plans.Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, rehabilitation protocols, regenerative medicine, medications, and home care.Coordinate patient care and referrals to specialists when indicated.Provide telemedicine visits as assigned.Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining exceptional customer service.Neurodiagnostic TestingPerform and oversee advanced neurological diagnostic testing, including:Electroencephalography (EEG) with Event Related PotentialsHeart Rate Variability (HRV)Oculomotor TrackingVideonystagmography (VNG)Computerized Balance TestingOlfactory TestingQuantitative PupillometryCognitive TestingAdditional neurological diagnostic procedures as assignedResponsibilities include:Preparing patients for testingExplaining procedures and ensuring patient comfortPerforming testing according to established protocolsIdentifying testing artifacts and ensuring high-quality diagnostic dataUploading and organizing testing resultsAssisting with scoring, interpretation support, and report preparationCompleting neurodiagnostic narratives and documentationDocumentation & ComplianceComplete accurate, timely, and compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation.Submit daily patient notes, charges, and billing documentation.Maintain accurate coding and "audit-ready" clinical documentation.Upload testing results and reports daily.Complete accountability logs, equipment records, and required administrative documentation.Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect all Protected Health Information (PHI).Equipment & OperationsMaintain, calibrate, clean, and troubleshoot neurodiagnostic equipment.Monitor testing equipment inventory and supplies.Assist with clinic operations, including opening/closing duties as needed.Support front- and back-office workflow.Maintain organized, clean examination and testing rooms.Collaboration & Professional DevelopmentWork closely with physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and clinical staff.Participate in continuing education, protocol implementation, and company training.Provide clinical coverage at other Ethos Health Group locations as needed.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence.Qualifications RequiredCurrent unrestricted APRN license in the applicable state(s)Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programCurrent BLS Certification (ACLS preferred)Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsExperience performing patient examinations and injectionsProficiency with:Electronic Health Records (EHR)Google WorkspaceReliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locationsAbility to transport neurodiagnostic testing equipment when requiredPreferredExperience evaluating traumatic brain injuries (TBI)Neurological assessment expertiseOrthopedic and musculoskeletal examination experienceVestibular assessment experienceNeurodiagnostic testing experienceRegenerative medicine experienceInjection proficiencyMedical coding and clinical documentation experienceMultilingual abilitiesWhat Makes You SuccessfulWe're looking for someone who demonstrates:Excellent clinical judgmentStrong critical thinking and diagnostic reasoningCompassionate bedside mannerOutstanding communication and patient education skillsExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detailAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, team-oriented mindsetPositive attitude and servant leadership approachCommitment to continuous learning and professional growthWhy Ethos Health Group?At Ethos Health Group, we are dedicated to delivering innovative, evidence-based care that transforms patients' lives.
