Our client, an electronics manufacturing company, is seeking a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist, you will be part of the support team managing customer interactions and order processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Norcross, GA

Pay Range: $25

What's the Job?

• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone and email
• Manage order entry and processing using SAP and ERP systems
• Coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues and improve processes

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in customer service and order management
• Proficiency with SAP and ERP systems
• Experience with order entry, shipping, and logistics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and communication skills
