Meineke is a high-volume, fast-paced full-service auto repair shop that performs all services on all makes/models. We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, have a proven track record of driving repeat customer sales, excel at solving complex problems, and take pride in delivering high-quality and timely work. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Review Digital Inspections from technicians to properly write repair orders for the customers. Requirements: General knowledge of the automotive industry. 1-2 years of service writing experience is preferred. Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain organization.
