Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program designed to help new drivers begin their professional trucking careers. You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the practical responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will transition to your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you build the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. You will learn:

• Safe driving practices and trip planning
• Pickup and delivery procedures
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• The daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to meet Department of Transportation qualification requirements

No previous driving experience is required.
