Primary Purpose The role will be accountable for the hands-on execution and day-to-day operational rigor of Project Catalyst, ADUSA's multi-year SAP S/4HANA enterprise transformation program. This role drives integrated workstream delivery across internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and program momentum is sustained from design through deployment. The Senior Manager, PMO serves as a critical connective layer between strategic program direction and on-the-ground execution, translating governance decisions into coordinated delivery action across a complex, multi-vendor program environment. This role will work closely across IT and business leaders and will lead a team of 8-10 project managers and scrum masters (external). The project budget is $300M-$400M.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

- Plan, organize and drive execution across all Tech workstreams on the transformation program from inception to delivery by prioritizing, analyzing, designing and deploying appropriate solutions
