What You'll Do Provide medication, education, and empowerment to individuals. Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior, condition, and response to medication. Monitor patient health including vital signs, treatment plan progress, and activity participation. Serve in a fundamental role as a multi-disciplinary team member that creates a safe and positive environment through safety and observation rounds and group facilitation. Additional Information This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of 10. On the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. Qualifications: License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by Ohio Board of Nursing pursuant to Section 4723 OhioRevised Code & proof of completion of an approved course in medication administration. Licensed Practical Nurses who administer dialysis treatment must possess Certification in IV Therapy pursuant to Section 4723.17 Ohio Revised Code.
