We prioritize technical excellence and cultivate a collaborative environment for independent and team-based work, reflecting our commitment to professional growth and providing forward-thinking solutions to clients.ResponsibilitiesLeads and manages end-to-end embedded projects, consistently delivering on time within budgetCollaborates with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specificationsAssisting with hardware and firmware architectures, and selecting major electronic componentsConducts code reviews and ensures adherence to best coding practices and standardsTroubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to embedded systemsCommunicates directly with clients to understand goals, clarify requirements, and align on deliverablesMentors engineers, fostering technical growth and contributing to team developmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field)Minimum GPA of 3.43+ years of relevant experience in embedded systems developmentProficient with industry standard tools and platforms (e.g., Embedded C/C++, Altium, RTOS, etc.)Experience with electronic design (PCB, motor control, RF, power electronics, high speed, etc.)Strong understanding of complex system design and ability to build on existing modelsExperience with firmware and hardware design processProven ability to manage multiple projects and quickly adapt to new technologiesEngages directly with customers, leveraging strong verbal, written, and technical communicationCompensation: Starting compensation is based on industry, relevant experience and location standards.Engineer Levels II & III (3-5 years relevant experience): $95,000 - $115,000Engineering Levels III & Above (5-10+ years relevant experience): $115,000 - $165,000+
