Description El Representante de Ventas de Campo es responsable de cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas mediante la adquisición de nuevos clientes y la retención de clientes existentes. Este puesto también es responsable de la producción y de atender las necesidades de los clientes según lo requiera la sucursal. Responsabilidades clave Generar y calificar nuevos prospectos mediante visitas de campo, referencias y participación local. Realizar evaluaciones de propiedades y recomendar soluciones personalizadas. Presentar propuestas, explicar los programas de servicio y cerrar ventas para cumplir o superar los objetivos mensuales. Colaborar con la gerencia de la sucursal para alinear los esfuerzos de ventas con la capacidad operativa. Registrar prospectos, citas y conversiones en el CRM (HubSpot o Real Green). Dar seguimiento oportuno a cotizaciones y consultas de clientes para maximizar la tasa de cierre. Realizar contacto mediante llamadas telefónicas y visitas a propiedades para retener a los clientes existentes y fortalecer relaciones a largo plazo. Representar a Fairway de manera profesional en eventos comunitarios y asociaciones de propietarios. Garantizar una alta satisfacción y retención de clientes mediante una excelente comunicación de servicio. Requirements Calificaciones Más de 2 años de experiencia en ventas de campo o ventas externas (se prefiere experiencia en servicios para el hogar o áreas relacionadas). Historial comprobado de cumplimiento o superación de objetivos de ventas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Fuertes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y organización. Familiaridad con herramientas CRM y tecnología móvil de ventas. Licencia de conducir válida y buen historial de manejo. Debe ser bilingüe .
