Senior Finance Manager, MTO

Senior Finance Manager supporting Manufacturing & Technical Operations within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. This role designs and implements finance process, data, and technology solutions across a global manufacturing network, partnering with finance and supply chain stakeholders to enable advanced cost analytics.
Responsibilities
- Represent site finance in design and deployment of future-state finance processes and technology solutions
- Leverage technical accounting expertise to influence COGS analytics capabilities and system implementations
- Identify and recommend opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate supply chain financial processes
- Serve as primary liaison between site finance and transformation leadership, coordinating across global manufacturing sites
- Assess change management requirements and implications for successful project implementation and rollout
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years finance or related business experience
- Experience in Innovative Medicine manufacturing facility strongly preferred
- Technical accounting and ERP systems expertise (SAP, Anaplan)
- Proficiency in supply chain financial processes (Standard Costing, Business Planning, Costing)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
