As an IdaHome Agent, You Will:

At IdaHome Realty, we understand that one size doesn't fit all—especially when it comes to compensation. We offer multiple pathways to success based on your experience, goals, and how you like to work:
  1. Draw + Commission Plan: Ideal for newer agents or those in a transitional phase. This program provides a monthly draw against future commissions, giving you peace of mind and steady income as we build your pipeline. We believe no one should have to “starve” while starting out.
  2. Traditional Commission Split: A straightforward, performance-driven structure with competitive splits and minimal fees. Designed for agents who are ready to run with their business and want a strong support system behind them.
  3. Office Dollar Model: Pay your way to 100%—as you hit your office dollar threshold, your commission split improves. This rewards consistent producers and creates a clear path to higher earnings.
