Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurses License for WI or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin, Completion of an accredited RN First Assistant (RNFA) program, BLS certification within 6 months of hire
• Equipment/Procedures: Assists the surgical team to prepare and organize sterile supplies, instruments, equipment, and drapes for surgical procedures
• Experience: 1 year
