Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch 90-Day Training Program Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes Negotiate purchase offers for both sellers and buyers Maintain and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Host 3-4 open houses each month Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in team activities according to team standards Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their properties Keep informed about real estate market trends and regulatory changes Work collaboratively with other real estate professionals, including lenders and inspectors Qualifications Highly motivated sales expert with a competitive team-oriented mindset Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions Proficient in prospecting and generating leads Naturally adept at overcoming objections Exceptional communicator with a dedication to customer service Collaborative team member Licensed real estate agent in Arizona Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales Thorough understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures Eager to learn and open to coaching Capable of analyzing market data and trends to provide precise pricing advice Strong written and verbal communication abilities Excellent time management skills Meticulous attention to detail for accuracy in contracts, documents, and financial calculations Highly organized About-our-team The founders of Arizona Home Group, John Sposato and Sharon Coffini, are elite Realtors® in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro Area.
