Client Services Representative

Vernon Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full time client service representative/receptionist to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, punctual and responsible with a strong work ethic. They will be flexible and possess the initiative to work individually as well as work well as a team. Our clinic is fast paced and the ability to multitask is essential.

Job requirements:

· Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system

· Schedule appointments on Ezyvet IT system

· Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment/bookings

· Respond and manage email correspondence

· Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, process payment

· File documents electronically

· Stock shelves

· Additional administrative & housekeeping duties

Job Type: Full time

Hourly rate: $19 - $20
