salary: $68,749.99 - $77,250 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for salaried and corporate positions across our nationwide locations
• Write job postings and proactively source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Coordinate interview panels, scheduling, and communication between hiring managers and candidates
• Manage offers, start date scheduling, pre-employment checks, and onboarding logistics
• Own the hiring tracker and report status to HR leadership and hiring managers
• Create and update job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
• Coordinate training programs and completion deadlines
• Run and report on 90-day new hire check-ins
• Support career path development and internal mobility programs for employees ready for their next step
• Administer annual performance review processes, including timeline management, completion tracking, and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, and talent management processes through technology and workflow improvements
