About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Hospitality Finance to lead and direct the financial activities of its extensive hotel portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the hotel operations management team, ensuring the achievement of operational and financial goals. This role involves overseeing the financial performance of all properties, analyzing operational performance to maximize profitability, and maintaining compliance with accounting policies and regulations. The Senior Vice President will also be involved in the strategic planning process, including investments, acquisitions, and dispositions, and will be a key resource for senior leaders across the organization.
Applicants must have a college degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA, CPA, or other advanced specialty designation. A minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required, with a proven track record of integrity and ethical leadership. The role demands expert knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting practices, and the ability to make sound business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant property management systems is essential. Travel Percent
